Hello all- it's been awhile. I was working on our video today and here it is finally. Watching this footage and seeing how happy we all were at one point, was difficult for me. Needless to say, it's finally done. Enjoy and please leave comments.

Sweet Heat. I loved this band. Even though it was a short lived, we kicked some serious ass. Too bad we never recorded an album!!

Our Portland School of Rock tribute to the Pixies with Special Guest Frank Black was incredible. Words cannot describe. Just look at that smile on my face!! He could not have been a nicer guy. This was definitely a highlight of my year so far!!!

Landed a commercial composing job and got my drivers license

yes. things are looking up! Thought I would share the news since I'm pretty psyched about it. Not sure when the commercial will start airing but I'll fill you in and post it when it's available.

Regarding my drivers license, I don't even want to tell you how long it's been since my Chicago license expired because it's embarassing but, to make a long story short, I had to take the written and road test and I felt like the biggest loser, especially since I flunked both the first time. But, hell it all worked out in the end and now I'm legal!!

In other news, I'm totally psyched about The School Of Rock's Pixies show because Frank Black is going to be there...unbelievable! The kids are stoked and so am I!!

so yeah. someone cut it at a salon in Portland and i cried. so what's a girl to do but take a pair of scissors and start chopping. this is the final result.
a bit insane. but that's how i've been feeling lately so it's appropriate.
